ASL can exchange your faulty Audio Head Unit or you won't be charged* (excluding freight & no fault found units). ASL has the equipment to simulate all of the IQ system functions on bench, all units have been updated to the latest software level and have been placed through a quality check to ensure a reliable exchange is supplied. As the audio headunit is `LOCKED' to you vehicles VIN, we can ensure our exchange unit will plug directly into your vehicle and there is no need to visit a Holden dealer for pairing.
BLUETOOTH ISSUES - THE AUDIO CANNOT BE HEARD. THESE ARE ALMOST ALWAYS DUE TO FIRMWARE UPGRADES TO YOUR PHONE, REPLACING THE AUDIO HEAD UNIT WILL NOT RECTIFY THESE ISSUES AND ANY SUCH ISSUES SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF YOUR SPECIFIC PHONE MANUFACTURER.
- A $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE UPON RETURN OF YOUR FAULTY IQ AUDIO HEAD UNIT. A RETURN BAG IS SUPPLIED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

12 MONTHS WARRANTY ON AUDIO CONTROL UNIT - THE WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO THE AUDIO HEAD UNIT. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY OTHER FAILURE IN THE FACIA CLIMATE CONTROL SECTION. WATER DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY. ALSO IF THE STICKER WE PLACE ON YOUR UNIT AT THE TIME OF REPAIR IS REMOVED , YOUR WARRANTY BECOMES VOID AND YOUR PAYMENT IS NOT REFUNDABLE..
