Navigation stuck on the loading screen? draining battery (current drain) or not picking up antennas? ASL can exchange your faulty IQ Navigation module or you won't be charged* (excluding freight & no fault found units). ASL has the equipment to test the IQ system navigation on bench, all navigation modules have been updated to the latest software level and have been placed through a environmental chamber to ensure a reliable exchange is supplied.
IF YOUR IQ HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED AS CAUSING YOUR BATTERY TO GO FLAT, PRESS THE `NAV' BUTTON. IF THE SYSTEM DISPLAYS `NAVIGATION SYSTEM IS LOADING' AND HAS NO FUNCTION THE NAVIGATION MODULE IS FAULTY.
- A $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE UPON RETURN OF YOUR FAULTY IQ NAVIGATION MODULE. A RETURN BAG IS SUPPLIED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

12 MONTHS WARRANTY ON NAVIGATION MODULE - THE WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO THE NAVIGATION MODULE. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY OTHER FAILURE IN THE AUDIO HEAD UNIT OR FACIA CLIMATE CONTROL SECTION. WATER DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY. ALSO IF THE STICKER WE PLACE ON YOUR UNIT AT THE TIME OF REPAIR IS REMOVED , YOUR WARRANTY BECOMES VOID AND YOUR PAYMENT IS NOT REFUNDABLE..

It is recommended that you contract a professional installer that is experienced with proper work methods involving electronics and knowledgeable of specific procedures for radio disassembly, Electronics installation, and re-assembly/re-installation of the Radio Head Unit in the vehicle.
After searching for my issue (navigation not loading), I also found out through ASL that this was the issue for my battery drain - never would have found out otherwise. Prompt postage, and the instructions allowed me to perform this myself without any hassles. Thanks ASL, fantastic stuff.
